Don’t want to mask or vax?  You get to lose your right to own a gun.

The thing is, the way the Left has been treating masks is fundamentally backwards from gun ownership.

The way we see it is, a mask protects me, a vaccine protects me, a gun protects me.  I use these to protect myself.

If I choose not to mask or get vaxxed why should it matter, because if they are masked and vaxxed I am only risking myself,  right?

No.

The Left admits that want you to wear a mask to protect themselves from you.  They want you to get vaccinated to protect themselves from you.  Their masks and their vaccines don’t protect them, they are relying on you masking and vaxing to protect them.  This turns the entire idea of protection against disease on its head.

So you must actively protect them from you with a mask and vaccine or you will be denied the right to protect yourself with a gun.

If Robert feels this strongly about it, he can try and take guns from people not wearing masks himself.

That is some brazen advocacy for tyranny.

She’s saying that even though the Supreme Court upheld ending the eviction moratorium, stating that the CDC had exceeded its existing statutory authority, the Supreme Court lacks the teeth to enforce their decision so President Biden and the CDC should just ignore the Supreme Court and do what they want anyway.

Today, President Joe Biden made this statement:

Biden is admitting that Constitutional scholars and the Supreme Court said that what he wants to do is illegal, but he’s going to have the CDC do it anyway, because fuck ’em, who’s going to stop him while he runs out the clock.

This is the essence of despotism.

The President is knowingly, willfully, deliberately, and brazenly violating the law, but doesn’t care because he’s in control of Federal Law Enforcement and his party is won’t impeach him, so he can do what he wants because nobody is going to stop him.

The CDC released its new moratorium.

Here are some of the standards by which people are protected from eviction:

(4) What does “taking into account other nondiscretionary expenses” mean?

If a tenant spends $1,000 per month on Amazon prime and only pays $300 in rent, is that allowed?

“But it’s for my stay-at-home job.  Prove it’s not.”

(5) If the eviction means the person has to move back in with their parents, they can’t be evicted?

(6) Here’s the current CDC map of COVID transmission:

Everywhere that is red or yellow is substantial or high rates of transmission and renters cannot be evicted.

Pretty much most of the country is under the new moratorium, and the burden will be on landlords to prove that their tenants are deadbeats wasting their money instead of paying rent and that if they are evicted they can still land on their feet in a new place.  That will burden will be so costly that I doubt many landlords will take action.  Put money into the legal fight to prove their tenants are in fact deadbeats just to have a judge rule against them because they are in a red zone or whatever and be out even more than had they not tried to evict them.

And what about the landlords that do evict people?

Fuck them into the ground, that’s what.

Understand that this was not a law passed by Congress.

This is an order signed by Rochelle Walensky, M.D., Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  An unelected bureacurat.

But under Biden, it has the force of law, because fuck SCOTUS, he can do what he wants.

We saw this a year ago when the same assholes on the Left wanted to deny medical care to people who got COVID and were not masking.

Now they want to deny you healthcare if you’re not vaccinated, even though the rate of hospitalizations and death is lower than it was at the beginning.

There is no shortage of beds or equipment.

They simply want those who they decided are second class citizens to die.

People who comply get medical care, people who don’t comply do not.
