Police should not respond to Mental Health calls

Truthfully? Police should not have to deal with people with that kind of problems. But the issues is that a workforce of Social Workers and “experts” will last only a very short time. Not only the obvious point of they are not trained to subdue the criminally insane, but they are also not legally protected from being sued up their asses if the mental health patient suffers injury or anybody near him.

Social Workers are NOT protected under Warren v District of Columbia or   Castle Rock v Gonzales. They are not covered under No Duty To Protect. Them and the County will be very much liable for anything that happens.

The first time a social worker ends up wearing orange on her way to prison or having he life destroyed by a 8 figure lawsuit, every single feel-good-defund-the-police program will disappear for lack of employees. And then the cops to the call will come back, and if they are smart, they will say no.

And maybe this time, a real solution for Mental Health can finally get started.

Just a quick thought for Mr. Blake

If you are going to be giving advice to other men on how to avoid ending up crippled, held together with stables, shitting into a bag through a hole in your side, where it hurts to breathe, it should take the form of:

“Don’t resist the cops when they come to arrest you for violating a restraining order taken out against you for raping a sleeping woman with your fingers while she is holding her child.  When the cops tell you to ‘stop,’ just stop, put your hands up, and don’t move.”

That would be much more useful.

The Ambush of Aaron Danielson

On Saturday, cities across the country had protests and riots because the US Marshals Service shot and killed Michael Reinoehl while trying to apprehend him.

As I said before, Vice published an interview with Reinoehl in which he claimed that his shooting of Aaron Danielson was in self-defense.

That was a complete lie and a level of propaganda worthy of Leni Riefenstahl.  That interview helped serve to turn Reinoehl into a martyr, with Antifa juxtaposing his claim fo self-defense and being hunted down by the Marshals Service against Kyle Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense and the cops letting him go that night.

Video doesn’t lie, and we have video of Reinoehl that has just been released.

CCTV Footage Reveals Michael Reinoehl Stalked Jay Danielson; Did Not Kill in Self-Defense

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office released newly unsealed court documents on Friday, including the second-degree arrest affidavit against Reinoehl, revealing the details of the deadly encounter between him and Danielson.

According to the affidavit, which includes images obtained from surveillance cameras outside a garage near the scene of the shooting, Reinoehl hid himself in an alcove of the garage waiting for Danielson, and a friend, Chandler Pappas, waiting for them to walk past him.

Homicide Detective Rico Beniga notes that Reinoehl “conceals himself, waits and watches” as Danielson and Pappas pass him. According to the document, as soon as they walk by, Reinoehl reaches out for his pocket or pouch on his waistband and emerges out of the garage before following them. The shooting takes places shortly thereafter and was not captured on camera.

Reinoehl then fired two shots at Danielson, one hitting the bear can spray he was carrying and another striking him, fatally. A witness told police detective Danielson sprayed the can of mace before the shots were fired and that there was a verbal altercation with “black males,” one of whom was heard saying “We’re going to f**king kill you,” before Danielson used the spray and the shots rang out.

So the cloud of pepper spray that is seen in the first video wasn’t Danielson spraying it at people, it was from when the can was ruptured by a bullet.

The Oregonian provides more details:

Michael Reinoehl appeared to target right-wing demonstrator before fatal shooting in Portland, police say

Reinoehl is seen hiding in an alcove of the garage and reaching into a pouch or waistband as Danielson and a friend, Chandler Pappas, walk south on Third Avenue.

Homicide Detective Rico Beniga wrote that Reinoehl “conceals himself, waits and watches” as Danielson and Pappas pass him.

After the two men go by, Reinoehl followed them, walking west across the street moments before the gunshots were fired, police said.

Investigators said it appeared as if Reinoehl stood holding his gun with both hands extended when he fired. After the shots, his right hand remained extended and pointed at Danielson before he turned to run away, police said.

A witness told police he heard one of the men confronting Danielson and Pappas say something like, “We’re going to (expletive) kill you,” the affidavit said.

But wait, there’s more.  It’s worse.

As part of the investigation, police learned that Reinoehl had sent a text message to his teenage son on Aug. 7 that read, “Sell me the gun for a quarter pound of weed and $100 I’m getting tired of this shit I need a piece now,” according to the affidavit.

This is an image showing Reinoehl waiting for Danielson and Pappas.

Two months ago I wrote a post Ambushes Everywhere.  It has only become more true since then.

This was an ambush murder.  Two men with Patriot Prayer hats were stalked, ambushed, and one was murdered.

We are well past “keep your head on a swivel.”

If you live in an area where this sort of violence is taking place, stay the fuck home until you can get out and move someplace safe.

I’m not sure how I feel about Reinoehl being taken out by a taxpayer relief shot.  His trial would have been a circus, but it would have also given much more exposure to his premeditated murderous intentions and shown just how dangerous Antifa and BLM are.

On the other hand, I’m not sure how much I can trust a jury in Portland to be impartial and not stocked with people who sit on a jury by day and try to burn down the courthouse by night.  Also, I’m not sure if he was convicted, if a Portland judge would have given him the death penalty his crime merited.

The one thing I do know is that I hope his taxpayer relief shot hurt a lot before he died.
