GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — A Glendale self-defense class geared toward women and girls has been postponed for a second time this month after a national men’s group threatened a discrimination lawsuit because men aren’t allowed to participate in the course.
Harry Crouch, the president of the National Coalition for Men, drafted a letter to the city, demanding it open the class to men.
“There’s no problem with having self-defense classes geared toward women as long as they have the same self-defense classes geared toward men. It’s about the discrimination. It’s not about who beats up who most often or who needs protection the most,” Crouch said via Skype.

I am really not seeing much difference between these idiots and the Gun Control crowd. The fact that not even 30 days have passed and probably have not given the local authorities time to come up with a bitchslap class for them but went ahead and threat with a lawsuit, shows where their care for the safety of others is located in their anatomy.

Aren’t they just making women live by their own rules? Reverse Title iX for social programs? I think the class organizers who cancelled the classes are more like the Feds that shut down the parks and so on during the shutdown. There is no reason Glendale shouldn’t be offering a mixed class or a mens only class if there is interest. While I am capable of defending myself, I know many guys who wouldn’t have a clue.

Words fail me. Harry could go to the women’s class and be a practice dummy for throat punch class. His little troll buddy could be the practice dummy (one time) for teaching two to the chest and one to the head.
If these nutless wonders are so hot to have a class, why don’t they go to the city and talk to them instead of sue, sue, sue. They are nothing but a bunch of attention staved little bitches.

Are the women goingto be exposing themselves? If not, let men in. We’ve been putting up with discrimination laws a long time is it really that shocking when the shoe drops on the other foot?
There are good reasons to hold a Women’s only class. First, women do not have to deal with the macho BS that we guys love to pull in occasions like this. Second, there are tactics & mindsets that unique to females and trying to do an all inclusive PC class will take too much time or be eliminated and would negate the idea of the class be a waste of taxpayers funds.
I still fail to comprehend why would anybody be happy to forbid women to learn how to defend themselves because they want to score political points which it is all this case is about.
