So the citizens of Baltimore, who vote Democrat, are upset that the city council of Baltimore (all Democrat) and the Obama Justice Department (ditto) have made it difficult for the Baltimore PD (unionized, votes and donates Democrat and supports Democrat activists) to protect them from the howling peoples (Obama supporters).
