Ettore Boiardi who we knows as Chef Boyardee has an interesting story: Born in Italy in 1897, he came legally to the US when he was 16. He was a chef for the Plaza Hotel in NYC, cooked for a president, opened his own restaurant and went on to produce the canned meals we all know him for. He also fed troops in both WWII and Korea with the same canned food.  Basically Chef Boyardee not only supported our troops but fed unknown millions with cheap nutritious meals that all people could afford.

Wolfgan Puck? Great chef serving the rich in Los Angeles.

I am sticking with the paisano. Bill can continue kissing the asses of the Elites.

  1. Wolfgang Puck has two restaurants at the exclusive, high class resort known as “Disney Springs”. I’ve never eaten at either because there are more interesting places there.

    1. The Blue States are dependent on the Red States for food, fuel, and manufacturing. They cannot live without us as much as they would want to. So the Blue States treat Red States the way the aristocracy has always treated the people they depend on, with derision.

They hate that they rely on us even though they hate us, and that drives them mad.

We don’t need HBO to survive, Bill Maher needs food to live.

  2. I’m in a foul mood this Monday so I apologize in advance for the cussing.

IMO, Bill Maher is an infected puss-filled cyst in the asshole of humanity and sucks as a comedian. Never liked him & never will, so he can go hang himself and I wouldn’t give half a cat turd about it.

I don’t know what kind of reality-altering drug has dbag Bill been smoking lately but he’s completely out of touch.
“People are jealous of blue states?!?” Riiiight. Billy-boy, why don’t you go ask your NYC compadre, el mafioso Cuomo, how many people RAN AWAY lately from them blue states to make him whine like he’s got sand in his panties?

And for the record, I can find better & more reasonably priced food at my local Sonny’s or Cracker Barrel than at a f***ing Wolfgang Puck. 😉 Tastier too.

      1. Oh, you have no idea how much vitriol I held back. 😉

I truly dislike Bill Maher, and his b.s. the past 12+ years have simply moved him from disgust to loathing. LOL!

Wouldn’t piss on him if he was on fire on the side of the road.

  3. Don’t forget, Chef Boyardee mainstreamed Italian food for middle America. Italian food was relatively unknown in middle America until WWII where middle Americans experienced it. They grew a taste for it and the first Italian food they bought was Chef Boyardee. It was out of that, that Americans started buying pasta sauce in jars and boxed, dried pasta. If it weren’t for Chef Boyardee, Italian food would still be an exotic ethnic food only found in abundance in areas of the country where there were large numbers of Italian immigrants.

  4. Given the situation in Venezuela right now, I suspect that the average Venezuelan would LOVE a case or two of Spaghetti-Os.

  5. Billy the Idiot is showing his provincialism here.
I pretty much guarantee that one can find some pretty damn good restaurants out in redstate flyover country- with plenty of deplorable chefs just as good (if not better) than whatever stand in is actually cooking the food at Wolfgang Puck’s high priced franchises.
