So what areas of our country are not off-limits to attack?
What can Russia, China, or anyone else get away with fucking with?
In what world does a nation’s leader think this is a statement of strength?
Dollars to doughnuts that every one of the areas that aren’t off-limits is an area that will entirely fuck over the working and middle-class.

I think you are missing the point.
Like all good leftists, Biden is still mentally a child. What do kids do when they are fighting? For some reason, they think their opponent will fight fair.
Therefore, if the say “no hitting below the belt” for some reason, they think they will get an automatic “win” when the inevitable punch in the groin shows up.
Biden is not intentionally telegraphing what areas of the country are most vulnerable. He is actually thinking that other countries are 1.) equally vulnerable in the same areas, and 2.) are willing to mutually agree to leave those things alone.
All of that indicates an undeveloped mental attitude.
