Cyclone motorcycle from Robotech New Generation. Granted, it’s a cartoon, so I don’t know it technically counts. And yes, the concept is completely absurd in reality, but it is from a cartoon. Though it is originally a Japanese cartoon where they get ridiculously technical describing every tiny little part on anything even though very little of that technical stuff ever gets into the actual show.
But as for a car from an actual live action show, probably Max’s car. The last of the V8 Interceptors. God, I loved that car as a kid.
Dude, if you’re going pick a cop car, then the Blues Brothers 1974 Dodge Monaco Cop Car is the bomb! Plus you don’t have to get used to the right side driving position.

I’m 58yrs old now. I had a Rat Patrol yellow metal lunch box in elementary school. I was the envy; good times.
We had a surplus jeep on our ranch when I was a young lad. I was driving by myself by the time I was 8. We had a trailer too. When I was in uniform, I was one of maybe three people in my company (in West Germany) who could back a jeep/trailer combo in a straight line. I was also driver for our company XO during REFORGER exercises in ’76. Good times.
My first thought was KITT from Knight Rider. Rat patrol is a good one as well. Clearly I need to ruminate on this some more, particularly considering the state of the world in general and my beloved USA in particular!

Any vehicle? Not restricted to ground vehicles or actual functioning machines? I’ll take an Ambassador-class startship as seen in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
If it has to be a vehicle that’s somewhat grounded in reality (i.e., it “played” by a real vehicle, but SFX and plot enhanced it) then I want the titular helicopter from Airwolf.
