Contractors that city commissioners hate for being conservative and not sufficiently diverse.
Every contractor in Portland needs to quit and go somewhere else. Let Antifa dump shit on every street in Portland and turn the city into one bio-hazard wasteland.

Oregon City is NOT Portland, which is in Multnomah County. Any contractors involved will be paid by either Clackamas County or Oregon City.
