Nobody wants to see Violent mental patients accessing guns, but this bill with the excuse that anybody was subjected to involuntary examination twice in a year, loses the right of its firearms and ammunition. The bill makes NO difference if the patient has a story of violence or it is just somebody who forgot to take his medication and was staring at flower in the local park all day.
