It expands the list of people seeking a Red Flag petition from just LEO to:
” an individual who has a biological or legal parent-child relationship with the respondent, including a stepparent-stepchild relationship and a grandparent-grandchild relationship; an individual who is the legal guardian of a respondent; an individual who is the spouse of a respondent; or a sibling of a respondent”
Why don’t we allow kin who don’t like us, a chance to screw with our lives? If his one passes and next year they will seek to include neighbors, co-workers, people in Facebook and kid who works at the Taco Bell drive-thru.
