I see no problems with this bill. expands the definition to cover LEOs and does pre-emption to counties wanting to be jerks about firearm sales to CWP holders.

Why don’t we just say, “Officer get a carry permit”?
I like laws where “they” are just like “us”. It reinforces the idea that they are from and of us.
