Bump-fire Stocks; Delaying a prohibition of certain actions related to bump-fire stocks until a specified date; requiring a person in possession of a bump-fire stock to relinquish it to a law enforcement agency or the Department of Law Enforcement or to destroy or render the device permanently inoperable before the prohibition takes effect, etc

Bump stocks are already illegal in Florida.  You either have to destroy it or turn it in to authorities by now. I may be speculating, but I think this has been mostly ignored and this is sort of “Hey! We are serious this time! don’t make me turn this car around!
