the ammo one…
I make it clear the first visit I’ll provide everything. After that I ask they provide or at least pay for ammo. So far I’ve been generous and only told them what I paid for it, not what it’ll cost to replace.
Similar to Sota, first time out I provide everything. After that, most of the folks I’ve taken have themselves offered to either bring or pay for ammo. (I prefer the latter, unless we’ve already had the “how to choose reputable ammo” and “how to choose good self defense ammo” conversations.) While we still have reasonable stocks I’ve been asking for accrual rather than replacement cost.
