And then there’s news.google.com…
I use google news app and it feeds me many stories. I plus every good conservative story that comes by and still my feed is dominated by CNN, WP and NYT. I still get stories from VOX even though I’ve marked them as “DON’T” and politico as well. Seems that google knows better than I do and puts those stories in front of me.
My biggest issue is that so many of the feeds are behind paywalls. I’d read more local news but the local news papers are all 3 free per month and then the paywall comes down hard.
Because I might actually have an important local story I want to read, I’ll often just pass on those local stories.
We get an honest to gosh daily(ish) real paper from our small town newspaper. Used to have two, one folded earlier this year. We also have an online only but they seem to be struggling.
Nashville based newspaper website. tennesseestar dot com has a lot of the news not covered by the lamestream media.
