Your friendly Gun Control Groups won’t even use the word terrorist!
They use words like “shooters,” “killers” and keep beating on their definition of Mass Shooting although CSGV dared to use the word “religious,” quite bold for their standards. The only group that actually uses the word “terrorists” is NGVAC’s Elliot Fineman who is also demanding that President Obama declares a State of Emergency to end “gun violence.”
They did work on a major push pressuring congress to pass the Gun Control Bills introduced right after the attack and that did not go anywhere and they are pissed. From the cold & calculating political point of view, this act of Jihadist terror in the State that ranks top or one of the top in Gun Control, was a stake through their rhetoric and wallets. And then the President appears on TV finally admitting that it was a Terrorist Incident (although gnashing his teeth doing so) basically leaves them looking like a bunch of PC idiots trying to be open-minded and with good, loving hearts while tap-dancing on blood.
