They understand romance as much as anything else,and that is not at all.They are the poster child of stupidity and ridiculous comments and actions.
Their statement could be correct if they included the word “former” in front of “romantic partner”. That they don’t just screams “ulterior motives”.
Methinks they’re trying to get women to fear relationships with men in general? To encourage wives of gun owners to fear their spouses? To be afraid of intimacy?
It seems to me, the anti-gun movement is primarily populated by old spinsters and middle-aged unhappily-married women. Unless they can get younger women on track to replace them in their misery, their groups will die of old age.
Drive a wedge in the relationship. Old School feminism. problem is that with more women becoming self-sufficient about their safety, this is a fools’ errand.
