Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. Yall “old guys” remember that little fiasco in Oklahoma City in the 90s?? batf came out with a 1-800 number to report “suspicious people”… they took it down after less than a month if I remember correctly… We the People were calling in liberals like ted f’in kennedy and other ilk like him…. Be interesting to see how long this one lasts…

  2. Yeah… we noted some rather suspicious activity in the “eliciting information” category a while back. My wife figured the guy was casing the joint with an eye to burglary. I thought the line of inquiry was otherwise suspicious, like maybe the guy was a fed informant.
“Hey, you have a 3D printer! Whatcha makin’, huh? Nudge nudge, wink wink?” – He was clearly under the impression that we were running a ghost gun factory – no, we’re not in fact 3D printing guns – and I figured the next step after getting us to admit it would have been to talk us into making some for him and his buddies (pictured above).

  3. Many years ago I took my daughter to the APG museum. We wandered the grounds looking at all the armor and then went inside, looked at guns and then went into the little theater to watch a film on tanks.

There is only one other person there and it is a very relaxed place. My daughter started asking questions and I was answering, explaining the things that we were seeing on the screen about tanks.

About this time the man in the theater turns to me and in a German or Russian accent starts asking me questions of a technical nature.

I got up and my daughter and I left.

Had a short conversation with my security officer on the following Monday when I told him what had happened.

He sounded just like a Fed. Just not sure which federal government.

  4. Drone flying is getting to be more regulated than firearms, and this will result in some idiots reporting it as “terrorist activity”.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
