2. Training rounds are supposed to be marked in blue. But I’m thinking with no indication of rotation the hit was while the vehicle was stationary. And since that looks like a pickup, I’m guessing someone was purposely trying to disable a “technical”.

   But don’t worry – it’ll buff right out.
