Unless she’s the best troll in the world I’d say no. Just went through some of her content and it’s ALL this pronoun crap. She drops illnesses she has….but states the DSM isn’t a good guide to follow since her psychiatrist isn’t saying she has OCD or is autistic. So all I know she has so far is IBS and eczema.
I’d imagine that it’s problem with the DSM-V is that there is some very specific criteria for a clinician to diagnose someone with any of the issues within it. Just wanting to chase some internet clout with a trendy diagnosis isn’t enough.
I suppose this is the expected result of well past a generation now of “esteem education.” When you have nothing to be proud of, but are told constantly that you have to be proud or there’s something wrong, then you either force yourself to obsess over and believe shit you made up, or go on antidepressants. Or both.
And either one can screw with brain chemistry if allowed to go on.
The above person is probably no longer capable of understanding why (he? she? I refuse to use made up “genders,” but I honestly can’t tell what it is) is being made fun of or criticized. And if they did understand, they wouldn’t want to, for they’ve been taught their whole life that self esteem is everything, accomplishments are nothing, and the best feeling in the world is a sense of unreasonable superiority that comes from one’s “chosen identity.” To deny that, this person probably believes, is to deny ones own existence.
The fact that the left and the esteem-teachers are flat wrong has no bearing on them. To challenge the lefts teachings is to challenge their very understanding of reality.
