Florida just went Constitutional Carry.

It was the 26th state to do so, making more than half the states in the Union Constitutional Carry.

Moreover, two of the three most populous states (Texas and Florida) are Constitutional Carry.

Whatever the antis say, it doesn’t matter, Constitutional Carry is now the national norm.

Now all we have to do is make the remaining 24 states Constitutional Carry as well.

  1. “Now all we have to do is make the remaining 24 states Constitutional Carry as well.”

    An uphill battle (metaphorically speaking).

  2. Not to be breaking the only rule of the blog, but, respectfully, Constitutional Carry proper, includes open carry along with conceal carry, which the Florida version does not allow. More accurately, we have Unlicensed Conceal Carry (UCC). It is important to make this distinction because the opposition perpetuates a false narrative that Floridians will turn the state into the wild wild west where everyone open carries firearms irresponsibly. If you open carry under UCC you’ll be arrested, with the exceptions already on the book; when hiking, hunting, camping, and travelling to the gun range or within your own property and castle.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
