Not to be disagreeable, but I will argue with your relative valuations.
If we could get a dozen ex-Venezualans like him, and, in exchange, magically (or otherwise) send every nomenclature wannabe to Caracas, I would count us as immeasurably enriched, and pray for forgiveness by the Venezuelans who got stuck with those leeches.
