According to Lieu, you have NO RIGHT to respirate in public without some sort of barrier over your nose and mouth, because your atomized bodily fluids offend him.
Imagine this precedent being set. Big government actually having the authority to punish you for going outside and taking an unencumbered breath of fresh air.
