Yesterday’s post of Why I carry? we get to see the kind of despicable people our Opposition can be. In comments, more than one reader pointed out that basically these people talk the talk but are they willing to walk the walk? And I agree that they would probably hide if you go boo!
But one thing I firmly believe is that they will have no problems with having somebody else do the killing for them.
Something like a moral plausible deniability, if there is such thing.
And that is why I take them seriously, specially CSGV with their history of condoning gross human right violations if it fits their cause.
Is there any reason why we wouldn’t want to report such hate speech to the Facebook Admins? If enough of use did that, there would be fewer of them on the Facebook anyway.
They provide me with material for the blog! Let them kill themselves. When an enemy is making a mistake, do not correct them.
I’m pretty sure some of those posts count as death threats in certain jurisdictions, which are prosecutable offenses.
But I’m an Engineer, not a lawyer. That said, if a lawyer who knows a thing or two about such things sees this, you might be able to make some good money running prosecutions.
I have to disagree, they are not just full of bluster. They’re emotional and impulsive, and I’ve had more than enough first hand experience with these sort of people to tell me that if they had a gun they’d most definitely use it. They really are the monsters they fear.
Put a gun in their hand and put them in an elevator with LaPierre (or anyone of us) and a terrifyingly large number of them would be willing to pull the trigger. Now don’t get me wrong, any resistance or a pre-emptive boo, and they’ll fold like a house of cards.
The thing that really saves the world from these monsters is that being emotional and impulsive also tends to bring along with it being short sighted, and getting a gun is too much work for a goal that is too far off. That’s where voting for the public sector Murder Inc. to do their wet work for them comes into play; voting is easy and then it becomes someone else’s job to take care of.
Considering that someone got John Crawford killed by cops at a Walmart (apparently for holding a pellet gun while black), I would certainly consider these folks dangerous.

Yep, hate crime. And he got away with it.
And he got a 30-year-old mother of 2 killed in the crossfire as well. And I can guarantee you he has no remorse over the whole incident.
They already have no problem having someone else doing their killing for them. Most are just a rabidly anti-hunting as they are anti-gun, but they aren’t vegans and they aren’t farmers. So who kills the cow/chicken/pig/lamb for them now?
Over the years, I have seen the antis spout more violence, insults, misinformation, and lies than anything.So much bravado for such a bunch of sissy man-children and yammering hens. Useful idiots, one and all. Instead of wondering what they would ask (fantacising outright murder and violence aside) Wayne Lapierre, perhaps they should ask why their leaders, Bloomberg, Watts, Reid, Schumer, Feinstein, Cuomo, and the rest of the gang have armed security and or carry permits?
I’m also pretty certain the Mr. Lapierre has faced situations of confrontations with anti 2A dimwits many times before, and will many times again….comes with the territory I imagine. As far as I know, he hasn’t just shot them for disagreeing with him.
So much for all that moral high ground and self righteous smugness. ‘If it saves just one life’ is one of their mantras. That is, unless its the life of a gun owner, 2A supporter, a conservative or republican, or some poor slob who just disagrees with them…those lives don’t matter at all. Nothing beats a big steaming plate of hypocrisy, served with a generous portion or self projection on the side, and wash it all down with a tall glass of instant internet tough-guy balls. Anti gunners, completely dispicable, utterly laughable.
