  1. This is bit of a tangent, but I’m tired of violations of Fourth Amendment rights. If a car is parked, locked, and without occupants just on school grounds, a police officer cannot claim probable cause and search it!

    Likewise, just because there is a criminal in the neighborhood does not allow dynamic entries by SWAT teams. I wonder if people need to start shooting officers who try to illegally enter. Lacking a warrant and a piss poor probable cause is not sufficient.
