This was about a month after the Stockton School shooting.

The only thing this managed was to make the AK popular and spring a healthy internal manufacture of the rifles by both companies and individuals. I dare to say that Flat Receivers were the great-grandaddy of the modern printed “Ghost Guns.”

How many millions of AKlons are out there is anybody’s guess.

  1. It happens every single time there’s talk of a ban, or restrictions, etc. Quite predictable, and not just about guns. You’d think they’d have learned by now.

  2. The fastest way of increasing sales of something is to widely and loudly tell the American people they will NOT be allowed to have it.
Announce a prospective ban of a product; car, gas stove, or firearm, and people will run out and get them.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
