1. What I have learned over the last few days is that have to agree with Ann Coulter, liberalism is a mental illness.

   It’s not just guns they hate, it is virtually everything about this country.

   The same people who were rioting and castigating the police for shooting Michael Brown choking Eric Gardner were ranting online how terrible it was that the police didn’t shot Dylann Roof. I’m sorry… when did we start living in Mega-City One? When did police become Street Judges from the Justice Department? They didn’t. But these people have decided taking a suspect alive for trial is racist, and I guess want the police to have the power to summarily execute people if there is enough rabble on Twitter and Facebook. They don’t want trials. They don’t want evidence. They don’t believe in innocent until proven guilty. They want a balanced racial body count.

   They love their freedom of speech. They want to stomp on the American flag and curse white people. But the number of people who have decided that Roof should have been arrested or shot for his Facbook page is unbelievable. I don’t condone what he said, and I’m not supporting white supremacy. But I remember what was written in Friends of Voltaire: “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.” That is what the First Amendment is all about. Except if you insult the Profit Muhammad, then when the Muslims try to kill you, you shouldn’t of done that and we need to have a national debate on how much free speech is too much free speech.

   It would be a gift to call these people fair-weather patriots. They don’t appreciate the greatness of our Constitution. They only like the protections it guarantees when it protects them. The rest of us and our rights, however, are a thorn in their sides.

2. It’s impressive that idiot would say “no guns means no deaths” when he’s posted a graph showing that knives are shown to be involved in more killings than all non-handgun firearms combined.

   So no guns will miraculously cause people to not get stabbed either?

3. WHERE do they find these people??? Sigh… 300 million (conservative estimates) guns in the USA. Do they really think that is even possible? And how well has it worked in France, Sweden, and England???

4. I wonder if “homicides” include justifiable homicides, so even the defensive use of a gun would be used as evidence of out of control gun murder when in context it’s not.

   1. Given they listed the Boston marathon bombers as “victims” of gun violence, I’ll let you guess what the answer is yourself.
