Miguel and I have both written about the HBO movie Conspiracy, about the 1942 Wannsee Conference in which the Nazis planned the final solution.
One of the most striking things about that movie, and the real Wannsee Conference, was just how important it was that everything was grounded in the law.
The conference was full of lawyers.
You’d think that Nazis could have just said “we’re in power, we can do everything we want.” But they didn’t. They based the final solution by building off established precedent of German race law.
I suspect this has something to do with the notion of boiling the frog. That if a totalitarian just wiped away all of society’s old laws and did what he wanted, there would be popular backlash. But if a totalitarian imposed his will using the old legal framework, people would be more accepting of that.
If Biden and the Progressives came out and said “the military and federal law enforcement are going to do what we say because they are ideologically aligned with us and you can’t stop them, so we’re going to take your guns away.” There would be substantial backlash.
If Biden imposed this through the existing framework of the Constitution, I suspect there would be a lot less backlash as people just accept new law being made.
So given that, Biden has to eliminate the Supreme Court, so here comes court-packing, through the existing framework of the law.
The Democrats get to impose whatever they want like totalitarians but couched as being completely and utterly Constitutional so it doesn’t ruffle moderate feathers.
If Democrats decided to enact this and pack the court, I believe the final rubicon of this nation has been crossed, as America will become a one-party dictatorship.
Historical note- Hitler would reconvene the Reichstag in 1937 & 1941 to renew the Enabling Act.
It does not matter how unpopular this is they will still win because they just are going to rig every election. I bet even some Democrats in the Senate would not vote for this. And not just Manchin and Sinema. This will come about in 2023 when they read the midterms and win every seat.
The complete and total ban of all private gun ownership with The door to door confiscation of all guns in the mandated extermination of every single person in a home with a gun followed by the complete and total mandated extermination of the entire United States population that opposes the Democrats up to and including the extermination of all human life in the United States minus themselves and illegals WILL happen. There is only one goal for them: The complete and total extermination of the entire United States population minus themselves so we can be replaced by people from Central and South America to be used as a permanent slave class.
No matter what the Democrats do, they as a party could Will always win every election permanently at this point because they will cheat every time Whoever the Democrats run in 2024 can literally say “If you elect me I will make sure to get legislation passed calling for the nuclear carpet bombing of every state that didn’t vote for me in the deliberate effort to kill all human life in it as well as the door to door rounding up an extermination of everyone that oppose that even if it means and I’m perfectly fine with this; the complete and total extermination of every human being in the United States except Democrat party members“. And they will STILL ‘win’. Sure there might be mass uprisings but what a mass uprisings to a party that literally wants to kill the entire human population inside of the country? Except themselves and the illegals of course.
I honestly think we are in the end times. The people ruling the world want to kill off as much of the human population as possible and only leave enough to keep up their lifestyle. The left and therefore Democrats WANT and WILL GET The literal extermination of over 7 billion people if not 7.5 billion, 90 to 95 percent of all human life on the planet. And that’s probably going to start in the next 3 to 4 years if not sooner. If that does not bring about the second coming of Christ what will?
Does all this sound completely insane? Of course it does! What’s more insane is in that there is probably now a part of you that agrees with what I’m saying. That’s where we are now.
I recall Hugo Chavez somehow adding a dozen jurists to Venezuela’s supreme court in 2004. Turned out great.
The total amount of Justices in Venezuela’s court is 32.
13 of them are the main court and the rest are “suplentes” (back ups but more like “sous” justices).
The Court itself is divided into 6 sub courts, each in charge of one particular area of laws and only one of them deals with Constitutional issues.
All rubberstamp the President’s wishes.
They aint won yet….. and sit back and actually THINK about how many gun owners there are and how big this Country is. You think local police are going to participate in confiscation ?? Maybe in some areas. Maybe. The feds dont have the man power or time. 200MILLION gun owners X an hour each is 200MILLION hours….. Biden can play his game to appease his followers. States are still investigating voter fraud, States are starting to tell biden they wont comply. This is a valuable lesson America will learn.
That is why the movement to defund police is so important. They are going to replace the police with a Federal police force. Where will they come from? Like all communist takeovers, from their own supporters. You can count on BLM and Antifa being the core of the new Federal Police Force. They will be backed up by the purged National Guard and Army.
