  1. No such thing as too much gun, unless you want to save some meat. However, that could damage the cinder block, your choice.

  2. Never mind the caliber; what load are you using? Bugshot? Napalm? Perhaps there’s a market here for a new specialty load! Hmmm, .22LR short-range incendiary: like the mini-shotshell rounds, but filled with perhaps triethylaluminum instead of lead.
… No, I don’t have any sharp objects handy, why do you ask?

    1. sota – I’ve shot a few of them shot shells – they work really well. One example – .38 out of 2″ snubbie at a 1 gallon cardboard milk jug full of water. Corner shot split it all the way up and down as well as to the side corners and pushed it about 3 feet off the table. It “might” work on that bug.

    2. Yup. CCI .22 shot shell fired from a Mini Revolver is pretty entertaining. Produces a pattern of tiny holes about 3 feet diameter at 8 feet range… Just powerful enough to (mostly) penetrate the side of a cardboard box.

  3. We have a critter up here looks like that and if it gets on ya it will burn/sting the crap outta you so I say never too much gun heh heh

  4. Not enough caliber, in my opinion…

Those are some creepy bugs. Generally I am not freaked out by bugs, but those million leg ones just give me the heebie-jeebies.

I am thinking a Barrett 99 chambered in .50BMG is probably about right, potentially a 10 gauge slug if you prefer not to waste a long range rifle on a close in target.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
