Buying two Senate seats is a felony.

But assuming he does this in such a way that Leftists justices would accept the argument that paying people to move to a state then vote for him is not a bribe and therefore not a crime, this is exactly why the Second Amendment is the final check and balance of our government.

  1. Ho-Kay. So, some 220,000 people spontaneously move to Wyoming, all of who recently received a taxable gift of $50k from one man, and start living rent-free in houses that were all purchased by that same man. That man subsequently runs for Senate… and the 600,000 people who already live in Wyoming don’t notice, don’t think anything funny is happening, and don’t all vote to keep that guy out of office?

    Uh-huh.

My daydreams of an exotic tropical island honeymoon with Anne Hathaway seem more plausible.

  2. That’s not how that works, that’s not how any of that works!

A States representation in the Senate is not amendable in the US Constitution.

And as far as I can tell you can’t remove a house of Congress.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
