  1. Hm. Customer cancelled the order and the shipper would rather put in a damaged-in-transit claim?

    These days I’d be thinking of acrylic / lucite / polycarb windows, at least for the lowest floor or two. Yes they will burn, and they can scratch up, but they don’t break nearly as easily.

  2. I can’t imagine why anyone would waste money on store windows in Portland. The more sensible answers are “concrete” and “outta here”.
