So the Cult Coalition to Stop Gun Rights Violence asked its Facebook followers what they would say to Wayne LaPierre if they could get him in an elevator for 30 seconds….

Here goes a selection of answers. Can you feel the Love for Humanity? The Peace on Earth that we wish for during the Holidays?

CSGV Meet LaPierre 30 seconds

And that is why I carry.

UPDATE Dec 19, 2014:  I guess the intern at CSGV finally got orders from HQ and proceeded to delete most of the above posts and whatever other came out after.
Too late. The Internet is forever.

  1. All these little shitheads should be reported for making threats. What would happen I we said such things about Obama?

    1. Oh please, go to their site and ask that question and then post a comment similar to theirs. Let us all know when you do so we can watch their brains explode!

      1. I’ve been to their site on Facebook. After two days of politely punching holes in their agendas without a trace of flame war, Facebook restricted me from posting anything anywhere except on my own page, and refused to answer 19 queries to find out their justification for doing that. Eventually I quit Facebook altogether, which I’m sure made them very happy.

  2. Wow for a bunch of people who don’t like guns or gun violence so many of them seem to carry their own guns and want to use them for uninstigated violence (I’m being facietious).

In reality I’d call it proof positive that its not the gun that has evil intentions but the person behind it since so many in those comments harbor hatred with thoughts of violence while almost all of them are undoubtably disarmed!

  3. I think it is interesting all the comments that include “I’d take my gun…”

Don’t these special snowflakes have a thing about that?

I really like the one that said “I’d disarm him…”

yeah…I don’t think that would turn out the way you expect there tough guy.

  4. Wait, how many of these people interested in “stopping” gun violence would immediately respond by threatening a man with violence unprovoked?

Do any of them realize that, in addition to propagating exactly the thing they claim to be against, they would also be giving him justification to defense with lethal force?

  5. If they had a gun, they’d murder people they don’t like, exactly the thing they accuse us of doing. hmmm project much?
    These people are sick.

  6. I wonder if the reason these people so desperately want more bureaucracy and overhead to exercising our rights, is that they’re modeling it off themselves. Such laws would stop people like this, who while impulsive are also short sighted and easily distracted.

    1. No, gun laws do NOT stop people like them.
These are the thoughts of CRIMINALS, and criminals don’t follow the law.

    1. Yeah, my question would be similar.
“Where is the help for Vermont dealing with all this Gun(non)Sense from Bloomie and his minions?”

  7. It is disturbing – but no longer surprising – how much hatred they show.

It’s no wonder they hate guns. There is no way they’d trust themselves with them, and everyone else must be as %@$#ed up as they are, so therefore no one can have guns.

    1. No, they’re convinced that THEY are the stable, more intelligent ones. And so they KNOW that if they feel that hateful, then horror of horrors, how much more depraved and evil the guns owners must be!

  8. Lot of big talkers who would piss their pants if actually faced with someone who opposed their views and could easily kick the shit out of them (I.e. Anyone with a pulse). Frightened cattle the lot.

  9. When I view this, it’s really hard to come to any conclusion but that CSGV wants to disarm us so they can kill us.

  10. Here’s a different twist. Why should he specifically be the object of such venom when he has not done violence to anyone? I know he represents the NRA, but guess what, 99.99% of NRA members will never commit a violent crime in their entire lives.

Their anger should be focused on 3 sets of people. Criminals (usually inner city gang members), the rare mass shooter freak, and those who commit crimes of passion. These are the people responsible for the vast majority of the murders in this country. I doubt any are NRA members.

  11. This is their “Keep it clean, folks.” version. I’d be scared of their “Don’t hold back and get nasty” version. Their foul comments are an absolute validation for the Second Amendment (actually, I think they are all just key board commandos and would soil their panties if they met me and my shotgun).

  12. I went back to 2012 to see where this came from on the CSGV facebook page. I couldn’t find it. I have contacted the admin of the board and some of the people listed on the page to see when they made these comments. When did you see this?

  13. And they say gun owners are violent…I think they just project the ugliness in them onto others to feel better about themselves.

  14. My first thought if I met Wayne on an elevator was to ask him nicely to quit sending me so much junk mail… and hats!

(and to donate the money the NRA saves to the SAF 🙂

  15. Wow. It really shows why these people hate firearms. They have no control over their own internal violence, and must feel that other don’t either. The anti-gunners know they themselves cannot be trusted. What sick & ugly people!

  16. Thank you all. I contacted the admin of the organizations website and he gave me the link. He affirmed that it was now being moderated.

I feel it only fair to note that I am anti-gun violence and pro-gun restriction, but I don’t want to kill anybody. With any weapon. 🙂

    1. Heather… which is all fine.

      With two conditions… 😉

Remember which side of this arguement is showing lack of restraint.

Remember that if it is good for you… it does not mean it is good for all… much less to advocate for using the force of law (i.e. gov) to impose on on others who simply do not agree with you…

  17. These are the kind of people that inspire me to carry when and where I can. God bless our open carry state law!

  18. Gun free zone is full of mentally defective individuals that need to be evaluated at a mental institution. Don’t like guns get out of America then they are called rights I defend your 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 but you will not defend my second. Stop acting like a five year old throwing a fit because they did not get what they wanted.

  19. In 1865 a Democrat shot and killed Abraham Lincoln, President of the United
    States .

In 1881 a left wing radical Democrat shot James
    Garfield, President of the
United States who later died from the
    wound.

In 1963 a radical left wing socialist shot and killed
    John F. Kennedy,
President of the United States .

In 1975 a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at
    Gerald Ford, President
    of the United States .

In 1983 a registered Democrat shot and wounded Ronald
    Reagan, President of
    the United States .

In 1984 James Hubert, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and
    killed 22 people in a
    McDonalds restaurant.

In 1986 Patrick Sherrill, a disgruntled Democrat, shot
    and killed 15 people
    in an Oklahoma post office.

In 1990 James Pough, a disgruntled Democrat, shot and
    killed 10 people at a
    GMAC office.

In 1991 George Hennard, a disgruntled Democrat, shot
    and killed 23 people in
    a Luby’s cafeteria in Killeen , TX .

In 1995 James Daniel Simpson, a disgruntled Democrat,
    shot and killed 5
    coworkers in a Texas laboratory.

In 1999 Larry Asbrook, a disgruntled Democrat, shot
and killed 8 people at a
    church service.

In 2001 a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at
    the White House in a
failed attempt to kill George W. Bush,
    President of the US ..

In 2003 Douglas Williams, a disgruntled Democrat, shot
    and killed 7 people
    at a Lockheed Martin plant.

In 2007 a registered Democrat named Seung – Hui Cho,
    shot and killed 32
    people in Virginia Tech.

In 2010 a mentally ill registered Democrat named Jared
    Lee Loughner, shot
Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killed 6 others.

In 2011 a registered Democrat named James Holmes, went
    into a movie theater
and shot and killed 12 people.

In 2012 Andrew Engeldinger, a disgruntled Democrat,
    shot and killed 7 people
    in Minneapolis .

In 2013 a registered Democrat named Adam Lanza, shot
    and killed 26 people in
a school in Newtown , CT.

As recently as Sept 2013, an angry Democrat shot 12 at
    a Navy ship yard.

Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats and
    guns.

Not one NRA member, Tea Party member, or Republican
    conservative was
involved in any of these shootings and
    murders.

SOLUTION: It should be illegal for Democrats to own
    guns.

I got this off the PBS comments can’t remember who posted it

  20. These violent and threatening remarks made by people claiming to be against gun violence are among my reasons I very quietly carry a concealed handgun. Their comments aren’t only threatening to me, but sickening. Liberalism is absolutely a mental illness.

  21. Seriously for all these “people” who are against guns they sure are violent! Maybe a tad to much? Has anyone checked into their background for instability?

  22. Sounds like mostly murderers with guns inhabit the anti 2nd amendment group . No wonder they want guns out of law abiding citizens hands.
