Used to go to G.C. occasionally until i witnessed idjits fighting over the deserts area. So i just walked out before things escalated and haven’t gone back since.
Cracker Barrel has better food anyways. 😀

Waffle House needs a bouncer?
Looks like a robbery to me, not just a simple fight. The problem is that Waffle House is open all night. That means you get drunks and low lifes in the middle of the night.
The quality and security of the waffle house depends on the part of town it is in. There are some waffle houses I am comfortable in 24 hours a day because the area it is in is a low crime area and there are some i noped out of at high noon because I thought the cockroaches would mug me based on how seedy that part of town was.
I stopped in a rural waffle house in TN on a cross country drive with my family last fall. It gave me warm fuzzies to see a Dad with his kid, casually open carrying in an owb kydex rig and nobody cared.
As others have said, depends on the neighborhood. I like them and will eat there when I get a chance! 🙂
