I know vegans who are perfectly fine with you just wiping off the grill (or even cooking on a different section), but suing is asinine. He could simply not eat there.
Here as with guns … whatever you do it’s not enough.

The solution is simple. Clean and thoroughly disinfect the entire restaurant between each customer’s order.
Honestly guys, it’s like you don’t want the vegans to have a place to eat or something. They have to be able to eat at your restaurants; they can’t make their own restaurants and serve their own vegan menu at those restaurants. That would be silly. Converting you or forcing you to submit to their religion is the only way.
If you read the article, BK states two separate things. The Impossible burger is meant for meat eater who want to cut down on the meat that they eat. It is not intended as a vegan substitute. However, if you want it to be a vegan substitute, they will happily cook it in the microwave for you.
I would be happy if the Burger King nearest me cleaned their restaurant once a week.
I stop in about every six months to a year. Morning, Noon, or Night; it makes no difference. The floors are dirty, filthy in the corners and under the cabinets. The fry station is directly behind the register. There is always a huge puddle of grease under the fry station cabinet. It appears to have layers of congealed grease.
I usually use the bathroom and washing your hands in a sink stained with dirt is not appealing.
My local BK is just the opposite: It keeps getting zero marks by the State inspectors and even a TV bit for its cleanness.
Woke-scolds are NEVER happy or satisfied. They are miserable walking piles of fertilizer that want to force their misery on everyone.
What companies like BK have not learned yet is that when they bend the knee to these scum, they are signing their own demise.

Here’s a suggestion, post signs at the entrance to the drive-thru and on the doors to the effect that: “This establishment serves delicious, cooked animal protein. If that bothers you, there is a vegan restaurant located at ________. Have a nice day.”
