Seriously, don’t do this. Contrary to your internet friends, homicide detectives ain’t dumb and can small a doctored crime scene before they leave the station.

And back to my old adage: If your cause is righteous, why lie?

    1. ‘shoot them through the door’

I know of one case in my county, where a woman did just that to a bungler who was at her back patio door. There was no prosecution

As ‘bad’ as that might sound, in some states, Missouri in for one, you can use deadly force to stop someone from attempting to unlawfully enter the place you’re residing in, and that includes vehicles

And IIRC, Florida now allows ‘warning shots’ in certain strictly defined instances

  1. I havent ljstened to this one yet but if jt is the drag them inside after you shoot them thing, its usially in context of a story about what nj cops told him to do, followed by dont do that.

Tim is no expert on guns or self defense law and he makes me cringe often but he isnt thst dumb. Ill be happy to correct mysefl if im wrong after listening to this episode. He even had Andrew Branca on before.

  2. Yeah, let’s take a good shoot and turn it into a crime by tampering with the evidence.

I once asked a police officer who visited our gun club this hypothetical situation. Intruder breaks into my home. I shoot him. I’m not 100% certain he’s down for good, and I’m not going to touch him to see, so I’m keeping my pistol trained on him until the police arrive. When they do, do I drop the mag, empty the chamber, make it safe then hand them my gun butt first or simply place it on the ground and move away. They said to do the latter – quickly. They don’t know for sure when they first walk in where the danger lies, so they assume anyone with a gun is a threat. Once the police arrive, put the gun down, back away. And for goodness’ sake, don’t touch the body or the intruder’s weapons.

  3. I can’t stand Tim Pool. He says the left abandoned him as the lurched far left. He is a leftist through and through but does consider himself one.

He was also anti-gun until the riots last year. He fully supported AWB’s with confiscation as early as 2018.

      1. He deserves credit for changing his stance (and not just “guns are okay for my guards”). I disagree with a number of conclusions he comes to, but he does seem able to learn when reality slaps him upside the head.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
