That would be the asshole on the left.

After a question about gun violence in Chicago, a man in the front row suggested one solution would be to “indict the NRA.” It’s unclear how that would solve the high murder rate in Chicago, which has some of the toughest gun control laws in the nation. Bill Ayers called the idea of a “people’s tribunal” against the NRA “beautiful,” and Bernardine Dohrn nodded in agreement

And we are supposed to be the ones with wild fantasies. I swear this guy was born in the wrong side of the equator, he would have been a fantastic Latin American dictator.

So basically what Mr. Ayres wants is a Stalinist Show Trial for whatever imaginary crimes we may have committed. I am sure that after the trial we will be invited for a train or bus ride to the nearest Gulag Resort and Casino for an extended stay.

Thee only thing I can say is that he and his buddies are welcome to try to impose those “People’s Tribunals” as we need the target practice.

  1. This was actually a long drawn out event here in Minnesota a while back because one of the gang, then known as Kathleen Ann Soliah. She changed her name and married a doctor up here. And after she was caught in 1999, the media went crazy and went on and on about what a good person she had been and all the good she had done while hiding from the police.
Here is the lowdown on that history.

  2. Bring it, you traitorous terrorist son-of-a-bitch! See if we don’t put a round through your sorry-assed brain before you can! YOU should have been executed long ago!

  3. Setting up a “People’s Tribunal” would be an overt act of rebellion. As such it would be incumbent on the government to put down the rebellion. And the Bill and his buddies could see just how a Military Tribunal works.

    stay safe.

    1. What causes you to believe there was any special ordering of the amendments proposed as the Bill of Rights? In the “order” they were presented, RKBA was #4.

Suggesting that one right is any more valuable or important than any other right is just plain – how do I say it politely?

      stay safe.

      1. Actually, yes. The Amendments were presented in various orders, such is the nature of brain storming sessions. But the final arrangement of the Amendments was specific and deliberate, setting a precedent of what our founding fathers believed was important.

  4. Sure, right after ‘ol Billy Boy gets what he deserves for the bombings he helped plan/carry out with Weather Underground.

  5. Billy, you sad little Bolshie failure still dreaming about your glory days.
Well, as the old question goes, “you and what army”?

The Occupy kids? That little group of cringing cowards are hiding in “Safe Spaces” and hyperventilating at the mere thought of guns.

Minority gang members? They have their own agendas, and your farcical fantasy of a revolution isn’t one of them.

The Glorious Soviet Union? Dead and buried. Oh, Tsar Putin may not like the USA, but anything he does is for the benefit of Great Mother Russia, not Marxist-Leninism.

Communist China? The Cultural Revolution is also as dead as Mao. China is all about the $$$ now.

Billy, your only hope is to die peacefully before any actual uprising of the People. Because if the government pushes them to the point where the wrath of the patient is aroused, the revolution won’t be by people waving red banners and copies of Marx.

  6. Leftists insist on linking the NRA (and authentic American gun culture) with criminal violence. I’d challenge them to produce a list of killers who were NRA members, competitors, hunters, licensed concealed carriers, graduates of a safety or other firearms course, and/or collectors. I’m sure the list would be very short. OTOH, the long list would include registered Democrats, known or self-identified leftists/progressives, gang bangers (a dog whistle – can you hear it?), the mentally ill (but I already mentioned them), convicted felons, etc. Any “indictment” of the NRA would have a long row to hoe.
