What is with the use of stupid euphemisms? I do not care who he is: If a person goes to somebody’s noise waving a gun and looking for trouble, they are NOT visitors, unwanted or otherwise. What was the stations thinking? Not to hurt the guy’s feelings? He is done having them!

Unwanted visitor? Jehovahs Witnesses are unwanted visitors. Democrat Politicians are unwanted visitors. Roofing and Aluminum siding salesman are unwanted visitors.
Terence was an armed home invader. “The two allegedly scuffled near the patio area of the home, which connects the living space with the carriage house.” I think this will be critical for the homeowner if he is ever charged. This area is considered a part of the home.
Since the firearm was transferred from the undocumented kitchen table gun dealer to the homeowner and done without a background check and 10 day waiting period, and considering that the homeowner did not have a permit to possess a firearm, NJ officials are considering charges against him.
Since the fully semiautomatic firearm was loaded with deadly hollowpoint ammunition clips, and was reported as stolen, the homeowner who illegally acquired this firearm faces a possible 327 years in prison without parole.
