Gotta ask how did you like the VHS, I’ve been eyeing it just waiting for the 2.0 version to get any bugs out.
I shot about half a mag. I need more time to get used to the ergonomics before I pass judgement.
This brings up an interesting difference in cultures that I just now twigged to. Here in my gun friendly state, if you go to a rifle range, you can expect almost every person you see to be carrying a pistol as well.
When I was living in Maryland nobody was carrying a pistol when on the rifle range. If people were going to shoot both, they would put their rifle back in it’s case, carry cases over to the pistol area, and then and only then remove the pistol from the pistol case/bag.
I also got in trouble for shooting my AR-15 to fast. Seems that the people on the pistol range didn’t like how fast I shot and the range officer came over to tell me that I had to slow down… They were serious FUDDs.
Which brings me to one of my least favorite things about going to a public rifle range… Walking down range having left my rifle back at the bench not knowing what numb nuts crackpot will show up or return before I’m done placing my targets….
