I don’t think I shared this video here, but I saw it some time ago. Animals Rights activist  became a pest and ends up guilty of a misdemeanor and fined.

CLEARWATER — A dying fish was flopping on a hot deck. An animal activist called throwing it back in the water an act of kindness. The state called it theft.
The value of St. Petersburg’s most internet famous flying fish? About $6.
Now, Michael Leaming will have to pay a $500 fine and court costs after a judge found him guilty of depriving Robert Hope of his dinner by launching a tilapia into Crescent Lake in July 2017.

Activist threw a fisherman’s catch back into the lake. Now, he has to pay.

I will admit I would have been a nasty sucker with my replies. When the idiot asks “What if it was a human child? They have the same abilities and the same emotions.” I would have gone “I am sorry, I did not know your kids were mentally challenged. Daddy sure is, though.”

…and that is how the fight started, your Honor.

  1. In taking the fish from the fisherman’s wife by force, he committed battery and robbery. Robbery is a forcible felony. Force, including deadly force, can be used to stop the imminent commission of a forcible felony. I likely would not have shot him, but pepper spray would certainly be likely. and yes, I would spray his ass right in front of his kids.

There were at least 4 activists there, including two kids. This sort of foolishness is typical of the left- they bring violence to the table any time someone doesn’t do what they want. The only way it will stop is if they find out that violence begets a violent response.
