What is in a Twix?

Chocolate.

Caramel.

Cookie.

Twix are among the kings of Halloween candy, right there next to Snickers and Resee’s peanut butter cups.

They pretty much sell themselves.

So what the fuck is the point of this?

https://twitter.com/libsoftiktok/status/1453225912015724549

We see no parents.

Just a goth witch and a boy in a dress.

The witch possibility murders another child for pointing out the obvious, boys shouldn’t wear dresses.

For years the media pushed the bullshit story that sick people were putting poison in Halloween candy.

Turns out in 2021 that’s true.  It’s the candy companies and their ad agencies, and the poison is obscene gender ideology.

Knock it the fuck off and just sell me chocolate without the trans-activism.

Spread the love

  1. This is a not so subtle message to the kids. It’s ok to use violence against people who say things that you don’t like.

  2. Girls will be boys and boys will be girls, it’s a mixed up muddled up shook up world, except for Lola ….

Seriously, for my entire lifetime these people wanted, NEEDED, to be different. The whole point was that they knew they were freaks and liked it. Now they want us to think they’re normal? It’s got to be a mental condition worthy of some serious drugs.

Hell, I remember when gay guys were solidly 100% against gay marriage. They said something along the lines that if they wanted to get married, they wouldn’t have gone gay.

And to reiterate, I got no problem with other adults (not children) being as freakish as they want, just don’t force me to pretend it’s normal. Nor do I agree with the brainwashing of kids.

    1. My tongue-in-cheek response to gays wanting to marry was basically:

“Let them get married. They can find out first-hand what straight couples have known for generations: what a nasty business a bitter divorce can be.”

Full disclosure: Because a state-recognized marriage also brings with it certain specific rights and privileges — sharing health care plans, child custodianship, death and survivorship benefits, etc. — if we believe in equal protection under the law, same-sex couples willing to apply for a marriage license must be allowed all the same rights and privileges a straight couple gets. I supported the Obergefell v. Hodges decision on these grounds; it was the proper Constitutional answer.

I do not, OTOH, support the current LGBT(QIAA2+EIEIO) craziness, which really kicked off when certain small-but-vocal groups (I call them “LGBT-IYF” groups — “LGBT in your face!“) smelled blood in the water following Obergefell. There’s a WORLD of difference between “It’s OK for two men or two women to marry each other” and “Women can have penises, men can have vaginas and become pregnant, and toddlers can choose their gender and biological sex, and if you don’t agree with all of the above you’re a Hatey McHateyface Hater”.

If an adult wants to be “Loud and Proud” and let their freak flag fly around other adults, I’m fine with that. However, I am NOT fine with “Drag Queen Story Hour” (which pushes an ideology on kids) or ignoring the realities of genetic, biological sex; you can “identify” however you want, but forcing a political/policy agenda that requires denying basic biological facts is a bridge too far.

  3. I really wonder who in these corporations thinks this will improve sales. Because it won’t. Ask Gillette. Ask CocaCola. Etc.
That leads to the next question: Do they care if it improves sales? Probably not, because most big corporations nowadays have convinced themselves that they must satisfy “stakeholders” (i.e., the media and woke NGO’s) rather than shareholders.

  4. Stop reacting and stop posting these ads, they are too long to run on TV and their length guarantees that if they are on something like a youtube video people are slamming that skip button. By getting offended and sharing this ad and spreading it around you are doing exactly what they want, talking about their product and spreading awareness of it, classic guerilla marketing. For the love of god stop falling for such obvious bait,

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
