Domestic Violence: Prohibiting certain acts of domestic violence and dating violence; revising a prohibition on the sale or transfer of firearms to persons convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence offenses; prohibiting persons convicted of a misdemeanor offense of domestic violence from possessing a firearm or ammunition; providing for the return of surrendered firearms, ammunition, and licenses to their lawful owner under certain circumstances, etc.

Same as with the House version, I m unclear if just being accused and arrested of Domestic Violence is enough to make somebody a prohibited person.
