I think this was the one area where if you parked to get your kid they could nail you based on the “and campus parking”. Waiting in a line of cars didnt count as parking. So I think this is good too as it takes away their ability to nail you on a policy. Plus many schools act as a disaster shelter so parking would be off limits.
