We are not scot-free yet. We still have bills against State Pre-Emption and you can bet your ass they will be directed a lot against concealed carry to create a patchwork of rues and regulation that will not make it safe to carry from county to county or even city to city.
What horseshit. We passed the law in 1987 for “shall-issue” concealed carry precisely BECAUSE certain Sheriff’s were choosy about who got a permit.
