Future violator of Florid Law

If Ralphie happens to post a picture of himself with a Red Ryder in Instagram, he will be committing a misdemeanor of the first degree penalized by a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding 1 year; and a fine of $1,000.

Florida Man strikes again, this times from the halls of the Legislature.

God Help Us.
