Those Hialeahans need to learn you don’t turn on the surface burners, you use the oven instead, because it’s safer!
Seriously I had to do something like that a few winters ago. No Propane at the distributor, below zero weather, and my tank was at 15%. I put the electric heaters downstairs, and turned on the oven with the door open and a fan in the kitchen for a week before the weather broke. It was 2 weeks before I got a propane delivery, and the tank was at 6%. No way I would have made it otherwise. Of course I then had a $300 Electric bill to go with the $600 propane bill.
Ouch!
