That amount of anger and getting behind the wheel? I will guess that the sentences “He wouldn’t dare” and then “I can’t believe he did that!” were uttered or at least thought by a person or persons present.
In events like this, default to paranoia and seek to get the hell out before a 2 million plus grain slug is sent your way. .
