HOA landscapers. I had a fence put in several years ago and the lead guy told me to go ahead and call the phone and cable companies before they even started. He said they almost always hit those lines since they only bury them about 6 inches down. So the fence crew doesn’t even try to avoid cutting lines, just “rip shit or bust” as they say at work. I’ve cut it myself twice putting in a flower bed but was able to splice it back together. Fun fun.
