U.S. calls on OPEC and its allies to increase oil production

President Joe Biden’s top aides are pressuring OPEC and its oil-producing allies to boost production in an effort to combat climbing gasoline prices that they see as a threat to the global economic recovery.

Biden killed Keystone XL.

Biden cut drilling leases on Federal land restricting drilling in Alaska, New Mexico, and other states.

It’s not global climate change that motivated them to stop drilling and fracking in the US.

They just couldn’t fucking stand a bunch of conservative leaning, no four year degree having, blue collar workers making six figure salaries boosting the local Red economy (New Mexico may be Blue but the oil comes from the Red regions).

That was their motivation.  To fuck over guys with an associates in welding making more money than their kids with BA degrees in Queen Dance Theory from Oberlin.

And in doing so, they harmed our economy, weakened our nation security, and now turning to OPEC, are giving more money to our enemies.

It’s not technically treason but it sure as hell feels like it.

  1. I live in New Mexico, people are going to be (more) furious.

But hey, it will be okay, Santa Fe and Las Cruces (the state’s 2nd and 4th largest cities, respectively), are going to start experiments in UBI. Once we’ve fully circularized the wallet content transfer process … what can go wrong?

  2. It wasn’t just Biden & Co. killing the NM oil biz. The Socialist / communist / environmental wackos that the sheeple in NM have elected to office in NM were killing oil and gas in NM long before Biden & Co. The sheeple elected to the commissioner of public lands a committed envirowacko who started killing oil & gas on day 1 of her term 2 years before Biden & Co. Oil & Gas severance taxes account for about 50% of the NM budget income. Now the Democrats in Santa Fe are wondering where all that tax income went. Drillers packed up and left NM 23 years ago.

Only one rule: Don't be a dick.
