Tampa wants to ban guns for the RNC Convention.

Tampa Mayor may seek Gov. Rick Scott’s help keeping guns away from RNC protests.

Is Mayor Bob Buckhorn expecting that the Occupy Wall Street/MoveOn/Useful Idiots crowd will arm themselves and start shooting Republicans? Maybe VPC or CSGV members will buy machine guns and mortars to attack unsuspecting attendees (we all know you can buy that type of armament at the local 7-11 in Florida, right?)

  1. You don’t even have to hit a 7-11. Didn’t you hear? The E-ville NRA forces us all to give them away at every yarn convention and flea market. You don’t need ID. You don’t even need to be able to see over the counter. You walk in, and you will leave with a fully-automatic 50mm laser-guided heat-seeking nuclear-enabled concealable hand-rifle.

The CSGV and VPC said it, I believe it, that settles it.

    1. I thought it was a Fifty caliber tactical assault 9mm pistol carbine with the shoulder thingy that goes up? Man I need to go to more flea markets.

  2. “Theoretically, Seigel said, the Secret Service could expand the geographic reach of its authority and ban concealed weapons throughout the city’s Clean Zone, too, as long as agents could connect that expansion to the legitimate pursuit of their lawful authority.”

I wonder if that includes the pursuit of happiness with the local ladies of the evening? What a asshat. They need a new mayor, one with a working brain.

And squirt guns? is he really serious?
