I guess this is supposed to be a Leftist retort to the Texas heartbeat law, but I fail to see how attacking men in Pennsylvania does anything to advance abortion rights in Texas.
Moreover, I’m not sure how a ban or abortion equates to compulsory sterilization.
What do do know is that any time a politician talks about compulsory surgical sterilization every hackle in my body goes up and my trigger finger starts burning.
Compulsory sterilization has long been a weapon of Progressive tyrants against the undesirables, from Nazi sterilization of the Jews to American Progressive eugenicists.
This isn’t funny and it’s not an empty threat.
It’s cruel and unusual violence and will be responded to as such.

Texas authorities say an armed customer intervened during the attempted robbery of a fried chicken fast food restaurant, fatally wounding one gunman and sending a second suspect struck by gunfire to the hospital.
Port Arthur police responded around 8:45 p.m. Friday to an aggravated robbery happening at the Church’s Chicken location at 1849 Jefferson Drive. Detectives learned that two suspects armed with handguns were robbing the restaurant, but an armed citizen intervened and a shootout ensued.

I could not find how the story ended, hopefully the homeowner took the time to call 911 and barricade himself with firepower in case critters decided to break in rather than wait for the door to be opened.
The bad guys realize there is a door bell camera, but apparently do not know how wide is the angle of view. Truly other than totally block the camera, I have no idea what else they could do to avoid being seen. Particularly for me, if my doorbell cam is suddenly not working, you can bet your as I am going into full defensive posture while dialing 911. And adding another camera away from the door but covering it and the most likely path of approach would help in assessing what’s out there bumping into your door at the wee hours of the night. Have a back up for your back up.
Use anything that extends your capacity to detect danger without augmenting your exposure to said danger.
