Not a parody: Baltimore Mayor Begs Residents To Stop Shooting Each Other So Hospital Beds Can Be Used For Coronavirus Patients

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore Mayor Jack Young urged residents to put down their guns and heed orders to stay home after multiple people were shot Tuesday night amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

Young said hospital beds are needed to treat positive COVID-19 patients and not for senseless violence. Seven people were shot Tuesday night in the Madison Park neighborhood, as Baltimore reported its fifth positive coronavirus case Wednesday.

“I want to reiterate how completely unacceptable the level of violence is that we have seen recently,” Young said. “We will not stand for mass shootings and an increase in crime.”

Dear Predators. Stuff is getting bad and people are dying coughing. Stoop with boolits.
Love and kisses.
Your Mayor

You cannot appeal to predators. They are not wired to accept that input and process it. But you keep asking alligators to sing La Traviatta and they keep growling and tearing the limbs of the innocent.

But this time is different, we have a big scary event that changes everything. Right on both counts, but the change? Not the one you expect. You will be lucky if only half the city catches fire.

I wish with all my heart that this pandemic does no go crazy, because if they do, a lot of people are gonna get killed for betting on Unicorn Farts and wishful thinking.

Now you are exaggerating

Really? Has the infamous Bogaloo started and we have not been told?

Shelter in Place is “Shit Hit The Fan! Prepare to repeal boarders” scenario. I did a quick search and found Yale University’s definition and actions to take when a Shelter in Place is given:

Shelter in place means finding a safe location indoors and staying there until you are given an “all clear” or told to evacuate. You may be asked to shelter in place because of an active shooter; tornado; or chemical, radiological, or other hazard

We have a pandemic going on, yes, but are you sure it is covered under this?

Tips:
In finding a safe location: Does the door lock? Does it open out or in? Is there furniture nearby that you can use to barricade the door? Can you close or block the windows?
Think of what you might need (food, water, and medication) if the shelter-in-place notice lasts many hours.

That covers shooters, tornadoes, hail and and mob situations. Short duration events.

In an active shooter situation: determine whether you need to barricade yourself. Know if the door opens outward or inward. Test the lock.

In a severe weather event: the rule of thumb is to put as many walls between you and the outdoors as possible and head to the lowest floor possible. The basement is an ideal location.

Test doors, locks and barricade yourself? The next step is the proper positioning around the house of spare guns and magazines.  We are talking local LEOs have lost control and we have the L.A riots about to do parade in front of your location

I believe the governor is being a bit over dramatic unless he has intelligence saying the Cajuns are coming out of the Bayou and they are pissed off as hell

The Purge comes to the City of Brotherly Love

From Steve Keeley of FOX29 Philadelphia:

This is from Philadephia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw (never was a name more appropriate):

You can mug someone, steal their car, and go loot a store and all the Philadelphia police will do is write your name down so they can serve you with a warrant for your arrest at a later date.

She might as well have announced, “all property crime will be legal between 4:00 PM and Midnight.”

At this point I’d like to know which will kill more Americans under the age of 60, the Coronavirus or criminal taking advantage of the virus-induced police stand-down.

A quick followup to Miguel’s media experiment

This is still an active Tweet from the official Twitter account of the World Health Organization of the United Nations.

Screenshot for posterity:

This was posted two weeks after the first reports of a respiratory illness in Wuhan and three days after the first recorded death.  China put Wuhan on lockdown nine days later.

The Chinese doctor who blew the whistle on this virus after he contracted it sent out his warning on December 30th, 15 days before this Tweet.

It is evident that China knew about COVID-19 and was trying to cover it up.

This was published yesterday in the Washing Post Opinion section:

This virus should be forever linked to the regime that facilitated its spread

Want to know why the U.S. economy is in free fall? Why restaurants and bars are closing, putting millions out of work, and why the airline industry is facing possible bankruptcy?

Answer: Because China is a brutal totalitarian dictatorship.

According to the Times of London, Chinese doctors who had identified the pathogen in early December received a gag order from China’s National Health Commission with instructions to stop tests, destroy samples and suppress the news.

This is what totalitarian regimes do. First, they lie to themselves, and then, they lie to the world.

It is important this virus be forever linked to the brutal regime that facilitated its spread. The virus grew in the cesspool of Chinese Communist tyranny.

This is accurate.

Every attempt by the media to dissociate China with the Coronavirus is furthering the agenda of the Chinese Communist government.

Then again, the New York Times has never returned the Pulitzer Water Duranty was awarded for covering up the Holodomor.

So maybe they know exactly what they are doing.
